Summary
Our team recently visited Singapore for a memorable team-building trip. Enjoying life and growing together are meaningful parts of our work at Welping.

I have always dreamed of visiting different countries, and Welping has been helping me realize that dream step by step. Every country has its own culture, history, and flavors, and exploring these aspects continues to fascinate me.
Singapore has a typical tropical rainforest climate, with temperatures remaining fairly constant between 25°C and 32°C throughout the year. Known globally as a “Garden City,” it maintains an impressive green coverage of around 40%, ranking among the highest in the world.
First Impressions of Singapore
During this trip, the Welping team visited many parts of the city. We walked through its streets and neighborhoods, enjoying the beautiful scenery and learning about local culture. It was our first time in Singapore, and the experience left a strong impression on us.
Moments by the Strait of Malacca
As we looked out over the Strait of Malacca, we saw countless ships passing by, many of them carrying containers. I couldn’t help wondering whether some of them were transporting Welping machines to different parts of the world.
Sharing Food and Culture
Trying local cuisine is always a meaningful part of travel. As Chinese travelers, we chose a Chinese restaurant during the trip. With Singapore’s large Chinese community and familiar customs, the atmosphere felt very close to home.
A Team Effort
The younger members of our team did an excellent job planning and organizing this trip. Their thoughtful preparation made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone.
Final Thoughts
Enjoying life is also part of the job. Team-building activities carry real value. They help us:
· Strengthen team cohesion
· Improve communication
· Build trust
· Reduce stress and enhance well-being
· Discover individual strengths
· Align goals and reinforce our culture
This journey was meaningful not only as a trip, but also as a reminder of the importance of growing together as a team.
