Actual HDPE Butt Fusion Results from a Sample Assembly

Summary

These HDPE fitting samples were welded using FX series machines and assembled into a simple structure for observation. The photos show consistent weld bead appearance, proper alignment, and stable joint condition across different connection types. Some images were taken at the Canton Fair booth during product display.

Actual HDPE Butt Fusion Results from a Sample Assembly

These samples were welded using FX series machines.
After welding, the fittings were assembled into a simple structure to observe different types of connections.

The structure includes elbows, tees, and multi-direction joints.
Multiple welds are visible within the same setup, which makes comparison easier.

From the weld beads, the condition is relatively consistent throughout the assembly.
The beads on both sides are generally balanced, and the joints appear continuous without visible gaps or interruptions.
Across different connection points, the overall weld appearance remains similar.

From the assembled structure, the alignment is also clear.
Both horizontal and vertical connections remain in line, and no obvious misalignment can be seen at the joints.
Where the fittings change direction, the transitions appear even and stable.
Some of the photos were taken at the Canton Fair booth.
The samples were placed on the equipment rack, with fusion tools and pipes in the background.

These samples show a typical welding result under normal operation.
The welds across the assembly present a consistent overall condition.
