Product News: Introducing the Tracker 7 and Tracker 10 Butt Fusion Data Loggers
FusingX introduces the Tracker 7 and Tracker 10 butt fusion data loggers, designed to support process monitoring, welding data recording and joint traceability for HDPE pipeline projects.
The Tracker series runs on Android and features a capacitive touchscreen. Available with 7-inch and 10-inch displays, both models provide a clear interface and step-by-step guidance through the butt fusion process.
Real-Time Welding Process Monitoring
During welding, the Tracker monitors hydraulic pressure, heating plate temperature and ambient temperature in real time. It also records key data throughout the fusion process, allowing operators to review the welding information.
Based on the pipe size, wall thickness, material and selected welding standard, the Tracker can calculate relevant welding parameters to support on-site operation.
Store, Export and Print Welding Records
The Tracker series can store more than 10,000 welding records. Each record includes welding parameters and related project information, making it easier to review, manage and trace individual joints.
Records can be exported via USB or printed using the built-in printer. Both individual and batch printing are supported, helping users manage welding documentation on site and after the work is complete.
A Flexible System for Different Needs
The Android-based Tracker series supports online software updates. Functions and interfaces can also be customized to meet customer requirements.
With nine available languages, the system is designed for operators in different markets. From municipal networks to industrial pipelines, the Tracker series helps teams document welding processes and manage project records.
