Product Overview
The FX1200 is a semi-automatic butt fusion machine designed for HDPE pipe welding from 630mm to 1200mm. Built with a reinforced steel carriage, DynaFX™ hydraulic power unit, FX-level heating plate, and heavy-duty facer, it is designed to deliver stable clamping, reliable facing, and consistent heating in large-diameter pipe fusion projects. Standard die-cast aluminum inserts and adjustable anti-slip pads further improve pipe holding and on-site adaptability.
